As Product Manager at Novai, Emma is responsible for shaping and executing the product roadmap, working closely with the data science team to guide product development and support the advancement of Novai's AI capabilities. Her combination of technical expertise and product leadership enables her to translate complex scientific and technical concepts into products that deliver meaningful value for healthcare organisations and patients.

Before joining Novai, she built extensive experience across medical imaging, machine learning and digital health, first as an imaging scientist and machine learning engineer before moving into product management. She has led the development of regulated healthcare technologies from concept through clinical validation, regulatory approval and commercial launch. Emma holds a PhD in Physical Sciences for Health from the University of Birmingham, combining a strong scientific background with a practical approach to product development in healthcare and AI.
