Dr. Jonathan Young

Data Scientist

Dr Jonathan Young holds the position of Data Scientist, and is responsible for developing and implementing digital image processing and machine learning methods. 

Jonathan has worked in data science roles both in biotechnology and with more general applications, and also in a postdoctoral research role at Kings College London, developing machine learning and data management pipelines for the PSYSCAN project. He holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Birmingham, an MSc in Computer Science and PhD in Medical Image Processing both from University College London, developing methods to predict the onset of Alzheimer’s disease from neuroimaging data.
