Initially trained as an accountant, Stephen soon turned to entrepreneurship and started his own software companies. Both businesses, which he ran for almost thirty years and grew to over 300 people leading to various exits.

Shifting from entrepreneurship to investment, Stephen founded SFC Capital in 2012 and has been its CEO since its inception. With a keen focus on strategy and direction, Stephen particularly enjoys advising multiple portfolio companies, where he currently sits on the Boards of twenty businesses. Stephen is a founding member of the Company of Entrepreneurs and the recipient of numerous awards on behalf of SFC.
