Head of people

As Head of Organisation and People, Kirstie provides support to the CEO/CSO and wider team. She is Novai’s central point of contact, responsible for HR and recruitment, maintaining office policies, onboarding new team members, project administration systems, company events and staff training.

Kirstie has vast experience of the clinical research industry having supported the EAPA Senior Executive Team at PRA Health Sciences and at Hospira, a Pfizer company, with the Medical Devices Executive Team, where she also led various HR projects to build a new spin off business. Kirstie has over 10 years of project support experience in CRO’s and IP law.
